      Upper Management had a great understanding of the importance of customer service and made sure their employees provided great customer service

      Cons

      this is a good company and the only complaint I had was that the pay scale was slightly lower than their competitors in that specific market

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
