      Pros

      • Team atmosphere/work hard, play harder approach. • Open door policy – Management is always available and approachable. I can go to my manager for anything. • I feel valued for my contribution to the team. I can bring ideas and problem solving that I feel are “heard” by upper management. • Lots of perks and free goodies. • Direct manager bribes with sugar.

      Cons

      • There is always room for improvement but I can't think of anything that would be classified as a “con”.

      Pros

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      There are no cons I have encountered.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
