      Pros

      This is a company that has great values, and every leader sticks to them. A lot of times I am asked why I came to Waste Connections. I came because it was a job with a pay check, not a great review right? The real question is why i have chosen to stay. I stay because of the culture here. Every leader here practices Servant Leadership and sticks to the company values. They really care about you as an employee, and are here to do whatever they can to make you successful. That is why I stayed, and why I look forward to at least 3 more decades here.

      Cons

      This is not a 40 hour a week job. Work hard play hard, means you will have to work hard, but the long days really are not that bad when you have great people to work with.

      Pros

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      Cons

      There are no cons I have encountered.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
