      Good pay, hours, and benefits are great. It's a very fast paced environment, pleasant atmosphere most of the time.

      Cons

      Interpersonal relationships are discouraged, not much room for advancement, and no praise when you do good things just punishment when you make a mistake.

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
