      Pros

      Plenty of overtime available. Good starting pay. Great starting vacation time.

      Cons

      Biggest thing is the trucks have driver facing cameras but being paid be the hour it's not a big deal to just slow down a bit to not have any issues. Could offer better work life balance. But overall great hours.

      Pros

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
