Resources of a large company with the heart of a small company - Anonymous employee Watco Companies Employee Review

I started at Watco about a month and a half ago. Compared the companies I've previously worked for, these guys are refreshing. They actually do what they say they're going to do. Watco is growing pretty rapidly, but they're trying to maintain their small, family-owned company values. They do right by people and if something goes wrong, they work hard to make it right. I'm grateful everyday that I made the choice to come work for Watco. #Bestdecision
