Cons
a. C-Suite is not trusted
b. Poor leadership showing no compassion what so ever.
c. HR is unapproachable and unavailable, even hidden behind hierarchy that makes it impossible to know who to call. That's the way they want it.
d. NO work life balance... vacations, holidays, week-ends, nights, it's all on the table for some departments (not HR though).
e. Long term employees who have contributed to the growth of the company are discarded or pushed to the side. You have to show your loyalty but don't expect it back.
