Pros
Good people. great site and facilities. work life balance is AMAZING at this company.
Cons
Far away from many things, site is in the middle of no where. Not being able to drive will lead to long commutes. This company is becoming a shared service, they only pay scientists and engineers high salaries and don't bother increase peoples salaries fairly. No permanent positions, many contract based roles. Makes it difficult for people to stay hence the high turn over rates. Career opportunities are quite slim they will say there's a lot of opportunities with the mergers and acquisitions but I wouldn't trust any they say. They're just looking for people to do dirt work while higher ups get bonuses for saving the company money, but they can't be asked to increase salaries along side inflation ........
