Pros

Used to have a solid pipeline

Cons

This is not the company that I was hired in to. There have been lots of change, but few are good. The management seem to be on edge, as the new CEO is very aggressive and unpredictable. The most people ever had left the company in Q1 21, and I hear about more people are leaving every week. After furloughing 20% of the workforce for 3 months and stopping all 401K contributions for 6 months in 2020 due to the pandemic, we are repaid by attending Townhalls where the CEO is only looking at what money can be brought in and how fast. Competitors in our space had given back to their employees. We are never given accolades on doing good work, just giving more work to do. The culture of fear is hurting the products. If inconsistencies are found in development process, the person performing the experiments is automatically discredited for doing poor work. It is really sad how things have changed.

Pros

Great coworkers who truly care about putting best foot forward and great technology.

Cons

Compensation has not kept pace with inflation, making it difficult to feel rewarded despite strong performance. * Career progression lacks transparency. Advancement opportunities are limited, and there are no clearly defined milestones or timelines for promotion in some functions. * Organizational priorities and direction frequently change, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies. Communication from senior leadership can feel disconnected from the realities of frontline employees. * The company has become increasingly top-heavy, with decisions often taking a long time to reach the people responsible for execution. * Incentive structures have become less competitive over time, which has negatively affected motivation and retention
