Pros

It is an undeniable fact that these diligent and committed individuals would be lauded and appreciated in any other place except this one.

Cons

The constant restructuring and inadequate wages are absolutely unacceptable. It is completely unfair to impose pay freezes on existing workers while new hires get higher pay. The company should value and reward employee loyalty instead of overlooking it. The work environment unfortunately promotes micromanagement and sycophancy, which is unacceptable. The benefits, including the health plans, are horrible, and if you are considering joining this company, you must take a closer look at them. The HR department portrays a completely different story during the hiring process, so be extremely wary of this. The constant reorganizations have also allowed individuals who don't respect the brand to attain leadership positions, making working under them a complete nightmare.

Pros

Local Global Opportunities if you're interested Hybrid (3 days office, 2 day home)

Cons

a. C-Suite is not trusted b. Poor leadership showing no compassion what so ever. c. HR is unapproachable and unavailable, even hidden behind hierarchy that makes it impossible to know who to call. That's the way they want it. d. NO work life balance... vacations, holidays, week-ends, nights, it's all on the table for some departments (not HR though). e. Long term employees who have contributed to the growth of the company are discarded or pushed to the side. You have to show your loyalty but don't expect it back.
