Pros

I wish I could lie through my teeth like some of the recent reviews

Cons

I refuse to stay silent any longer. Despite the company's toxic work culture, lack of transparency, and unequal pay, I have held back from leaving a review. However, the recent fake reviews by HR have pushed me to speak out. There are no bonuses or pay raises for deserving employees, while those from Wyatt, the acquired company, receive hefty compensation. Moreover, frequent layoffs with generous severance packages have created an atmosphere of constant fear and uncertainty. It's imperative to bring attention to these issues. There is no career path and no transparent promotion opportunities. While your performance will be considered in performance reviews, promotions are decided through different criteria. Many people are ready to leave for this exact reason, even after many years of dedicated work, without any mention of promotion despite being assigned multiple projects.

Thank you for your feedback. Compensation is a complex matter, comprised of various elements like base salary, short-term incentives (STI), long-term incentives (LTI), benefits, pensions, and more. This complexity can make individual comparisons challenging. We encourage you to have a discussion with your manager about your career path and the feedback you have.

Pros

Local Global Opportunities if you're interested Hybrid (3 days office, 2 day home)

Cons

a. C-Suite is not trusted b. Poor leadership showing no compassion what so ever. c. HR is unapproachable and unavailable, even hidden behind hierarchy that makes it impossible to know who to call. That's the way they want it. d. NO work life balance... vacations, holidays, week-ends, nights, it's all on the table for some departments (not HR though). e. Long term employees who have contributed to the growth of the company are discarded or pushed to the side. You have to show your loyalty but don't expect it back.
