Inexperienced, untrained, unmotivated, and directionless managers - Research Scientist Waters Employee Review

Pros

The company is being mismanaged and driven into the ground.

Cons

The unsuccessful reorganization has resulted in an influx of inexperienced, unmotivated, unqualified managers who refuse to undergo training. These individuals do not align with the organization's vision, undermine senior management and staff, feign productivity while micromanaging, and exhaust dedicated employees. Managers, if you are unhappy watching your teams grow and flourish and feel insecure when talented employees are appreciated, you are not the right person for this job. Remember, being a manager isn't all about you. How some managers treat their team is well known and contributes to the low morale. Potential new hires, don't fall for the hypocrisy and lies during your interview. Deceitful managers must be dismissed.

Pros

Local Global Opportunities if you're interested Hybrid (3 days office, 2 day home)

Cons

a. C-Suite is not trusted b. Poor leadership showing no compassion what so ever. c. HR is unapproachable and unavailable, even hidden behind hierarchy that makes it impossible to know who to call. That's the way they want it. d. NO work life balance... vacations, holidays, week-ends, nights, it's all on the table for some departments (not HR though). e. Long term employees who have contributed to the growth of the company are discarded or pushed to the side. You have to show your loyalty but don't expect it back.
