Cons

Lack of communication and alignment of leadership leads to tension nearly everywhere. Mass departures directly reflect culture being less than poor. Leadership is not visible nor do they drive accountability. HR solely supports the business while surpressing escalations of a work enviornment with documented sexual harrassment and employees who openly lash out on one another. No opportunity or support for growth. DEI doesn't exist in operations - women should especially avoid opportunties here, but any employment at Waters is a setback to all careers.

Communication from senior leadership can feel disconnected from the realities of frontline employees. * The company has become increasingly top-heavy, with decisions often taking a long time to reach the people responsible for execution. * Incentive structures have become less competitive over time, which has negatively affected motivation and retention
