Pros

This is a great company to get your toes wet in a manufacturing environment in the United States. You truly get the feel of how a production plant operates and a decent model of a business that has sustained themselves over the years.

Cons

Leadership teams are very regimented in their beliefs and are less likely to accept new schools of thought. There is a tight grasp on the culture via the HR department and they will make it clear that it's best you conform to their standards and expectations or you'll be counselled. For an employee who is looking to grow this HR team may not be the right fit for your growth. Please keep this in mind and continue to leave your resume posted and welcome opportunities as they arise.
