Pros

The people and departments with whom I work communicate and collaborate well which makes continuous improvement not only possible but a reality - in processes and product development.

Cons

We are a lean company which is great for keeping costs down. However, sometimes that makes finding the time to get everything done more difficult . That being said, we do have authority to make decisions and are supported when we do.
