Pros

It was easy to come to work and do your job every day, as growth and development was not an option. Some incentives were tax free which was helpful.

Cons

Hr and management often brushed off issues. Non competitive pay, and Guilt trips were a big reality when asking for a sick day, pto, or mental health day.
