Pros
Clean and comfortable work environment. Above average wages for the area and decent benefits. My co-workers are quality and customer focused and we still have a little fun too!
Cons
There is no such thing as a merit raise, pay increases are based on an average across the board. If you get more someone else gets less. Then pay is balanced across your pay band so if you get more one year, you will get less the next year.
