      there isn't any Pros that I can think of at Boreal Intl

      Cons

      Management needs to re evaluate their employees especially managers at each branch. They have zero understanding of the business and their demands are unrealistic, because they don't understand the movement.

      The customers were great to deal with.

      Cons

      Worked up to the number 2 spot in the department, given a promotion in March 2025. 33 years experience, the most educated in the department. Was terminated for knowing the job better then the new credit director
