Pros

Job was easy to learn and easy to do. I worked in the packing and shipping department. As long as you can read and follow directions it is far from difficult. Keeps you moving throughout the shift. You never get much time to sit around which is plus if like me you like physical activity when working. Benefits were really good. Health, vision, dental, long and short term disability, life insurance, 401k with company match up to 6%.

Cons

I don't know where to start with this one. Employee morale is incredibly low at the Export, Pa facility. Wages are laughable. Employees are treated like they don't matter. Favoritism runs rampant throughout all departments. Policies are different depending on who you talk to or how well liked you are. No advancement opportunities based on merit. They are all based on how well liked you are. Raises are also based on how well liked you are, not performance like they say. Management has no clue what is happening on the production floor.

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
