Pros

Most of the employees are great to work with.

Cons

New management is oblivious to the business, and arrogant enough to think it doesn't matter. Middle management grows exponentially, while they squeeze nickels out of the lower levels. Morale is so low, and their idea to address that issue is to put in basketball hoops and ladder tosses outside.

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
