Pros

People I work with are great. No micro-managing. My manager is always open to a discussion, welcomes my ideas and supports good life-work balance.

Cons

HR is a disgrace. They will do anything and cover up to get what they or senior management want. Everyone is afraid to voice their opinion. Job descriptions are fake and do not correspond real responsibilities. Therefore very low compensation. Senior management is only focused on their own bonuses and salaries and has tripled in size in the last years. They do not bring anything that can benefit the Company, but ride on their prior industry experience and create more no value add activities. Some of them are a real joke. Divisions hate Corporate. Corporate employees think that Divisions are being unreasonable. Result - becoming more silo'd. One Watts???

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
