Pros

Great benefits package with vision, dental and healthcare at a very reasonable employee cost. Very talented sales force and rep network.

Cons

Management above the RSM and BDM level have no clue about how to manage people, or just don't care. They don't understand sales, only data and reporting. The exceptional sales force is handcuffed in their sales efforts by reports and conference calls generated to make management look like they are doing something. All management seems to worry about is the stick price and their bonuses. That is why they have a personnel purge almost annually.

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
