decent pay, 3 8hr shifts but mandatory over time turns 8 hour shift into 12 hour shifts way to often lately . double time on Sundays . time and a half over 8hrs per day. respectable health benefits. decent 401k
Cons
under staffed, a lot of forced overtime. recently changed management from HMAC to Waupaca do to corporate merge, seems far less organized than before.
