      Pros

      Working with people. Solid benefits. Employee stock and 401k are great for those who are in it for the long haul.

      Cons

      Difficult to get a solid work life balance. Company has gone from being very people minded and caring deeply about the associates to a very "long term goal" oriented business that seems to neglect greatly what's going on with the people who run their business for them daily.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
