      Pros

      To be honest, the company itself is great. The people, the experience, and everything in between has allowed me to grow and build on leadership skills. The management experience is rough but rewarding, so if you're in it for the money you'll need to learn to how to hang on.

      Cons

      The operations end of the company is trying to evolve at a remarkable pace to keep up with the competition. The work life balance is what you make it, but on average I found myself working 50-60 hours on salary. The values they promote are at face value.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
