      the job was easy, paid every week, discounts

      Cons

      people sucked overnight...not the customers but the employees its like they hated me because this was their primary job idk...way to much drama for one place...not all are like this but brandywine md was like this for me...he say she say stuff; annoying.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
