      Pros

      Working at wawa gives you many opportunities for advancement. After 60 days, you get a review in which you have the opportunity to get your first raise. Wawa is very customer friendly and treats everyone like family.

      Cons

      Because Wawa is all about working together and making all employees and customers happy, I do not think I have ever had any problems. There are no cons to wawa. It's a great starting job but it's also a great one to build experience with and gain management positions for full-time careers.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
