Pros
Good pay for an entry level customer service position. Flexible hours if you're in university and are in need of a job. Work environment is decent if everyone pulls their weight but chances are it won't pan-out that way.
Cons
Now I know every industry has their fair share of unruly customers; however, Wawa's customer base kicks it up a notch. Being an in/out store means very little customer employee day to day interactions and the lack of certain items that their competitors carry (batteries, toilet paper, soap and things of that sort) can leave a bad taste in the customers mouth which will be pushed on to you as an associate.
