Pros
Flexible schedule Some good co-workers and managers PTO after a YEAR Good job for kids in school looking for some spending money
Cons
Almost impossible to get any of the "benefits" unless you're management including bonuses, health insurance, good PTO Managers rotate more frequently than I change my socks Some managers are really awful You get stuck without any chance to advance No benefits unless you work a certain number of hours and they make sure you don't get them. Schedules are crazy and some managers refuse to let you change your shift to better times No stock unless you stay in this hellish place for SIX years They make promises that they never keep. Being on your feet for 8 or more hours at a time Definitely not a career unless you're 20 Very strict about their policies
