Pros
They live by values, and the two biggest ones are valuing people and customers. Unlike other companies I have worked for, they recognize you and you are rewarded for doing your job and going above and beyond. The benefits are amazing and unlike anything I have ever seen in a gas station/deli. You are never stuck in one certain position, so if you get tired of being in one spot you usually can switch and work a different area, which is nice because there is always a change. The company cares deeply about their customers and employees. All in all it is an amazing company to work for.
Cons
It can be very busy at times depending on the store you are at and it can be overwhelming, but you always have people there to back you up.
