Pros
Paid every week, good benefits, good for customer service experience
Cons
Inconsistent hours, unstructured management, pay grade was inadequate, scheduling was unprofessional; days i would request off wouldn't go through sometimes. One big thing i disliked about Wawa was if you called out they made a huge deal about it because the managers there didn't like to overstaff & is why they would have no coverage for the shifts which would lead to documentation.
