      Pros

      The benefits, ESOP, 401k, salary. Working with good people for the most part.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is very bad, you basically have no life. After work, you are too tired to do anything because of the work. It's all about who you know, if you have an AM that does not like you, then you basically have no future until that area manager changes areas.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
