      Pros

      Extensive training, Great Pay, Great Benefits, for those that are hardworking, and retain a good attitude.

      Cons

      Life /work balance, (IT is a 24 hour a day job. Some area managers are not fair and equitable with spreading the talented junior managers out to the stores evenly. Always want more more more,never satisfied with a completed assignment. Usually doing your bosses work and your own if your are fairly competent.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
