No maternity leave, must use PTO. NO RACE DIVERSITY, the corporate office is 90% Caucasian. The Leadership team is 100% Caucasian. They are forcing all corporate employees to come into the office AT LEAST 3 days a weeks. Tuesday and Thursdays are mandatory.
