Pros
It's a paying job at least.
Cons
Everything you ever say as constructive criticism gets taken out of context and ignored, or deemed gossip. Managers are immature and incompetent. Failure to hire employees with people skills or work ethic. Ultimately driving away anyone there to actually make it a better work place. Managers set terrible examples, lateness, call outs, being poor workers, and acting entitled or argumentative. The expectations to complete the huge set ammount of work in the time frame allotted for 3rd shift is ridiculous. Constantly short staffed, making the work more stressful for those present. You can bring things up to every part of management team, just to be ignored by each, even though they say they will put motions into action, to create a better work atmosphere. It's all lies. The pay is decent. And it's a food and customer service job, doesn't get much easier to manage, and these people still can't seem to get ahold of anyone well educated enough to manager a wawa store successfully. No wonder they are constantly moving managers, and hiring every month...anyone with actual goals in life should never consider working this deadend job, unleash they need some quick money. I have gone back and forth working for wawa every few years, for 12 years, switching stores and management, and always end up quitting because of how belittling this job has become over the years, almost becoming the level of trashy fast food. Goodbye wawa.
