Pros
As a GM, I am very grateful for the values and culture in addition to the benefits and financial opportunities for my family. I've had the privilege of spending some time with everyone on the board in one aspect or another including our current and former CEO, they aren't perfect but are striving to be the best they can for others and it reflects when you spend time with them that they both have huge hearts for the people, the culture, and the impact on fulfilling lives every day.
Cons
Not much except the job itself can be demanding and stressful at times, usually the stress is brought on by my own shortcomings as a leader but I continue to learn from my failures and the failures of my peers so as to be a better, more effective leader for my teammates and guests.
