I loved the community at Waystone. The staff were always supportive and easy to talk to.

The pay is very low for how stressful the job is. ABA jobs do similar things and pay $25-$30 an hour while we got paid $19 an hour here and only a .25 raise in the fiscal year. If someone left, there were times where you would be asked to do double your workload. I'd just be cautious.
