Pros
1. The product is fantastic and has wildly happy customers. I regularly hear the "oohs" and "Ahhs" of delight when sharing a demo of Wealthbox. 2. The role is 100% remote. This is a bit of a rare find as many software companies are pivoting back to the hybrid model of in-office + remote. 3. SDR & Marketing support is actually abundant. The SDR team is sharp and consistently hands off qualified opps to the AE team. 4. The co-founders have built an innovative & energetic culture! The management team understands the centrality of the UX/UI in building a truly great product for our market. 5. Clear training program in the form of 30/60/90 for AE's. The AE training process requires a regimented & structured training program of shadowing, mock calls, and becoming Wealthbox Demo certified with 1-1 attention from team leads. The team at Wealthbox has done an incredible job of hiring super talented, fun, and caring people. I genuinely enjoy company meetings and getting to know all my colleagues. Solid camaraderie, upward mobility, and amazing inclusive culture. Love being a part of this team & plan to be here for many years.
Cons
Some growing pains as the organization and its customer base are growing very quickly. It is not uncommon for AE's to have back-to-back meetings throughout the day so a very high-energy person is required for the AE role.
