Pros

Great management and leadership who are always working to help make the company better. Excellent company culture (yes it did suffer a bit during the pandemic but it's back and here to stay!) There's a lot of consistent communication to keep the employees informed. Great benefits - good amount of PTO and definitely a good healthcare plan. Best part is that it's an employee-owned company so if you work here, you get profit sharing and stock shares. We don't get a 401K but we get shares and it's much better than 401K. There are definitely great career opportunities. If you want to move to a different position/move up, if you talk to your supervisor/HR/other management, they will work with you to start cross-training you into the role you want so if in the future there's an opening anywhere in the company and not just your own plant, you can move into the position comfortably. No company ever does that! I work with some of the best people who have become friends & family. I would not leave this company until retirement unless the company laid me off.

Cons

No company is perfect but Web is always trying to work to make improvements so no cons.

Pros

The best part about working here is the people. Leadership genuinely cares about the culture. The "no-ego" culture makes it easy to ask questions and take risk.

Cons

Because the company is growing so fast, processes can sometimes change overnight. If you prefer a very rigid, predictable routine, the pace might be a bit much.
