Pros
WebFX cares a lot and invests in employees. I've lost count of how many nice notes and personal gifts I've gotten from coworkers or bosses, for both work accomplishments and personal milestones. This is one of the only workplaces I've been in where I felt truly cared for as a person. Other stuff: FX learns library program, opportunity to give back to things like FXBuilds, YPOC HBG, Ukraine crisis, the founders are always very generous both for employees and in charity, we have a full time barista now, community events, pay is fair and you get nice raises each year, dental/vision/health is good, PTO policy gives you more days the longer you work here...I think you start with 15 days, more flexible schedule options added, we have a few new holidays in 2022 now.
Cons
Feedback can take a while on certain projects, projects are often unclear and you have to guess at the specs or goals, working across time zones can be difficult as the team grows, would like a little more constructive feedback from coaches, sometimes I end up working long hours, workplace skews younger by a lot.
