Pros
Smart, caring, driven people. Leadership cares and has done so much to make sure we have opportunities to connect and give back to our community during the pandemic. Lots of women in leadership positions. Women make up over half of the leadership team.
Cons
Pay is less than some other tech companies in Portland, but overall work/life balance, culture and support make up for it. I would rather enjoy my work and my peers than make $10,000 more a year for a company that may or may not care about me at all.
