poor health benefits. Talks about health yet gives no mental health benefits. 10 days vacation a year. What century do we live in? Work life balance is non existent. Job ends at 5pm yet manager complains why emails were not addressed when sent after 5. Why? Maybe because it is after work hours and I am entitled to my personal time and personal life. Poor management. Teams do not take accountability and responsibility for their own work and never go the extra mile to solve issues. It ends with “I do not know.” Zero to no support whatsoever. The raise we got this year was comical across the board. What is <$500 a year going to do on my salary? That’s like $2 extra per paycheck. With inflation and lack of competitive pay and pretty much no raise - do you really expect people to stick around to slave for a company that has no regard for people? Culture? Lacking on all fronts. Stay away!!!!!!!!!
