Pros
They used to have great perks and work life balance. People were friendly. I was able to move around according to my interest at the time. They didn't hesitate to provide training and bootcamps to help people grow in skill set.
Cons
Morale was low 6-8 months before the massive lay offs in 2013. I was not laid off but Once I started looking for a new job I realized I was being underpaid by 20k according to the job market. After the lay offs hit they hemorrhaged most of their talented people. All the perks were cut off abruptly.
