Your coworkers are for the most part great. Most will pitch in to help when you are stressed or being pulled in too many directions.
Cons
The leadership is horrible. They do not care about the workers. There is no diversity in the leadership team. Most do not respect the talents that the employees. You have to fight or threaten to leave to get a promotion, hard work means nothing.
