Underpaid for massive workload - Lead Wellness Coordinator WebMD Health Employee Review

WebMD had no idea what I was doing. I was basically a paid contractor for the client and created everything on my own. When my department was relocated and I had a new boss she had never even done complex health education program creation or implementation. Only 15 minute health education sessions over a telephone. Big difference than planning and executing an entire population health program for 50,000 employees across the United States. I was all alone with a partner who hardly worked and got away with it because our boss was inept. My colleague left and was paid double. I was ent on to law school.
