The key to a successful company is training your employees. Also, pay and benefits are below average for the profession (except for healthcare, this company does have good healthcare benefits). They stopped matching 401k twice while I was employed there. Even then, it was only 50% of the first 4% of your salary (which is paltry compared to industry standards)
