      Pros

      Ability to work with top brands, and big campaigns... if you are popular enough in the office to get on those teams. Work life balance is pretty good

      Cons

      Confusing hierarchy, Weber has no loyalty to their employees, pay is low, office is bland, company does not seem to care much about their workers.

      Lovely team, remote work, and better pay compared to what I was making before.

      Can't thank of any, other than being very busy. But I had a wonderful time. The team your with really shapes your experience.
