Pros

A lot of hours to learn on the job, experience in multiple work streams at a PR agency.

Cons

This internship is skewed towards unfriendly office politics and is not an equitable environment for anyone who is focused on doing work or seriously growing professionally. It is more geared towards the moldable individual who has a high threshold for busy work and little interest in public relations work. There are unclear expectations for hiring but ultimately were centered around politics and "networking." Client portfolio is constantly fluctuating, much like any of their talented junior staff.
