Pros
Work load/life balance seems reasonable depending on what accounts you are on, smart people. Great about letting you head out to a doc appt., etc. Agency is buttoned up and there are a lot of resources available to the teams. Competitive salaries.
Cons
Junior staff act more like admins and are not given a lot of opportunity, so there is a lot of turnover there. A lot of higher level employees tend to micro manage and get stuck in the day to day. There are also a lot of people who have been here for a long time so it tends be be cliquey and new people never feel like they fit. SVPs are super busy and don't have enough time to really act as mentors to the people they manage. You also tend to work on what's available, and the agency does not take in to account your interests.
