Pros

-Benefits = although a little high altogether somewhat good to cover basic needs -Random gifts = although not always applicable it may be a Google-esque things where they're sending you random things -Nice coworkers (mainly) - I know some of my coworkers absolutely didn't get along but for me, I got along with virtually everyone despite problems

Cons

-Long unrecorded hours = in theory, you're supposed to tell you're upper all the hours you did in reality you can't disclose all the hours you did without feeling like there was some remand -Disclosure = can't always speak blatantly to the person supervising you -Accountability = You'll be blamed for someone else's work if you don't correct it outside of time -Discomfort = There's a fine line as a minority reporting your discomfort and retaliation
